  • Oral speakers have time slots of 12 minutes plus 3 minutes of question time.

Live poster session

The live poster session will be dedicated to the discussion of the pre-uploaded presentations moderated by a chair. We invite you to prepare a one-slide summary of your poster to be presented during the live session; the chair of your session may decide to organize the poster presentations in sub-topics or schedule the presentations simply according to the numbering of poster codes.

Poster presentations

Virtual posters will feature an electronic poster of well prepared visual materials about the work.

The recommended format is B1 portrait: 70 cm x 100 cm. The poster title, author(s)’s name(s) and affiliation(s) should be placed at the top of the poster. Please include a 5 cm x 5 cm photo of the presenter in the upper right-hand corner of the poster, and underline the name of the presenter in the author listing. The file must be saved as PDF.

Presenters are encouraged to submit also a short video (up to 3 minutes) in a prerecorded presentation describing your poster. Please save your presentation as an MP4 file. Please rename the two files using your paper code as you can find at

You can upload your pdf poster and prerecorded presentation here by June 1, 2021.
